Sales, Shipping and Refund Terms

 

Payment

All payments are exclusively processed through secure payment processor Stripe and PayPal, according to international standards, no credit card information is kept on record by the website or any database owned from the business owner

Shipping

All items, except custom sizes or gift orders require a maximum of five (5) business days to ship – please keep in mind potential bulletins for shop closed periods that may change these times.

All orders are shipped with tracking and tracking is communicated upon dispatch of the order

The customer may request special shipping terms after having communicated what these are and provided the appropriate funds required.

 

Returns & Refunds

Our refund and returns policy lasts fourteen (14) days. If fourteen (14)days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale, discounted or bundle items cannot be refunded.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

To be eligible for a return, the prints delivered must be unused, free of any dust,  dents, debris or marks and in the same condition that you received it. they must also be returned in the same packaging that they were shipped.

No partial refunds are granted.

if you return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few business days depending on your credit card type and associated banking/payment institution.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us here with your order details

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund up to the cost of ten (10USD) provided you exhibit proof of payment and associated tracking number on the receipt. You must use a traceable shipping service so that proof of shipping and delivery can be established for all returns – we optionally suggest purchasing shipping insurance as well.

Customs

Responsibilities related with customs fees, duties and relevant expenses are exclusively carried by the buyer.
