Shipping
All items, except custom sizes or gift orders require a maximum of five (5) business days to ship – please keep in mind potential bulletins for shop closed periods that may change these times.
Returns & Refunds
Our refund and returns policy lasts fourteen (14) days. If fourteen (14)days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

To be eligible for a return, the prints delivered must be unused, free of any dust, debris or marks and in the same condition that you received it. they must also be returned in the same packaging they were received.
Unfortunately no partial refunds are granted.
if you return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few business days depending on your credit card type and associated banking/payment institution.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us here with your order details.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund up to the cost of ten USD (10$) provided you exhibit proof of payment and associated tracking number on the receipt. You must use a trackable shipping service so that proof of shipping and delivery can be established for all returns – we optionally suggest purchasing shipping insurance as well.
